Since over 25 years we, Zeitarbeit International, as a personnel service provider. We place candidates with companies in Germany from Eastern European EU countries-and third countries in companies across Germany. We specialise in industries such as construction,industry solar technology, medicine, industrial assembly, machine relocations, electrical engineeringengineering, automotive industry, metal and steel construction, production and logistics. Our core competencies include Welding, production of metal structures, installation, -construction and maintenance of industrial plants. In addition, we place hard-working Production helpers, assembly line workers, inspectors and more.
Our subcontractor and temporary staff from abroad are also active in the series and custom production of metal structures and parts for machine, road, and ship construction, as well as for railways and construction projects.

01. How does the temporary employment work?
Let us know your personnel requirements by phone or via the contact form. Based on your criteria, we will search our internal database for suitable industry workers from Eastern Europe, who meet your specifications. We then take care of the necessary formalities relating to personnel leasing, permits, accommodation and transport to the place of work. We help you find industrial workers from Eastern Europe in time for the start of a new project.
02. Work permits for personnel from Eastern Europe?
Tradespeople from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and the Baltic states will then be able to work in Germany without any restrictions.
Workers from Ukraine, who have fled to Germany because of the war are allowed to work in Germany if they have a valid residence permit or fiction certificate. We can help you find labourers, production assistants, production workers, warehouse workers and others from Ukraine.
03. How much does personnel from Eastern Europe cost?
The costs for your industrial workers from Eastern Europe are lower because temporary workers do not receive paid benefits such as holiday pay, health insurance, continued pay in the event of illness and other social benefits. As they are not unionised, they are also not entitled to unemployment insurance.. In addition, you save money on social security contributions.
