The business Zeitarbeit International -represented by the CEO, Founder and myself - the managing director Peter Gassenmaier - has a lot of experience when it comes to reducing costs . Our passion for recruitment began 35 years ago with a company in the Czech Republic, more precisely in Jablonec nad Nisou. The company was founded and run by my father Dieter Gassenmaier and a Czech friend and partner in the field of industrial assembly. At that time, it was still necessary to apply for a work visa for employees, as the Czech Republic was not yet a member of the European Union. At that time, the process of employee posting was very complicated and time-consuming. Despite all these hurdles, my father and his business partner have run this company successfully for over 25 years and have supported international customers with competent staff throughout Europe, whether in France, Holland or Belgium and of course Germany. 30 years ago, I, Peter Gassenmaier, joined the company with the support of my father. During this time, I immersed myself in the world of personnel with a great deal of interest and commitment and travelled all over Eastern Europe over the years, i.e. decades, and built up a good network throughout Eastern Europe: Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia and so forth. It was even before these countries were part of the EU. During this process, I made many contacts with companies and recruitment agencies. This resulted in some very good friendships and business relationships. There is no country in Eastern Europe that I don't know and appreciate.
We now work with over 1000 agencies across Europe and worldwide. We have also relocated to Prague and Bratislava, but still have a representative office in Germany in beautiful Grainau, the famous Zugspitz village. I and my team will be happy to advise and support you when it comes to personnel from Eastern Europe and all topics such as subcontractors, temporary contracts, work contracts, outsourcing or recruitment . Our recruiters now work worldwide and our service team speaks German.

Establishment of a company in the Czech Republic
Dieter Gassenmaier founded a recruitment company in Jablonec nad Nisou (formerly Gablonz an der Neiße in the Czech Republic), which sent skilled workers for industrial assembly from the Czech Republic to Germany, England, the Netherlands and Belgium.
