Slovenia's location is very favourable for the international labour market. Firstly, Slovenia is located in Central Europe and borders Austria, Italy, Hungary and Croatia. In what is temporary employment and how does it work?<\/a> Slovenia, also known as temporary work, is a contractual employment relationship between the temporary employment agency and the Slovenian employee in which the temporary employment agency, as the employer, assigns the employee to another employer (e.g. a company abroad) to perform temporary work, which is a paid service in which the employee remains in the service of the company providing the service. The employment contract specifies the type of employment and the salary.<\/p>\n

The temporary employment agency ensures the settlement and payment of wages, registers the employee with the relevant authorities and pays all taxes, contributions and other duties in accordance with the hirer's payroll accounting.
